The location of the hotel is very suitable for wandering around. It is close to the Summer Resort (between Lizhengmen and Dehuimen). It is a courtyard style, with two entrances from the front and back, plus side rooms on both sides and several small houses similar to yurts. In the courtyard, begonias and other flowers and trees are in full bloom, with gray tiles and red walls, and the design is exquisite. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard in front of the room. If the weather is nice, you can drink tea or order takeout. It is very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the in-house kitchen restaurant, which is clean. There are not many varieties of food but the taste is comfortable. The kitchen lady is very enthusiastic (the bean buns made with self-made bean paste and the self-ground soy milk are both very good). It's great to come here during off-peak times. If you drive, navigate to the underground parking lot of the Mountain Resort (maximum charge is RMB 50 per day). You can park your car in Area C. There is a staircase for pedestrians to go up and down, which is closest to the B&B (100 meters).

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

Avoid the peak of Qingming Festival, and go to Chengde with a good friend last Sunday. After comparing several hotels, I finally prefer Xilaijia: 1. Convenient parking, free ground parking; 2. Close to the scenic spot, Gaode map shows less than 2 kilometers, 3 minutes by car. Now the weather in Chengde is very good, spring is warm and flowers are blooming. We walked there and took the cable car up the mountain, and had a lot of fun; 3. We ate three meals a day in the hotel. We were very lucky to catch up with the new dishes. The appetizer pot meat buns were super delicious, and we experienced a trip on the tip of the tongue; 4. There is a large supermarket less than 500 meters north, with a full range of things. We bought some fruits there, and the price was affordable. 5. The service staff are of high quality. Whether in the corridor or the lobby, they will greet each other when they meet, which feels very comfortable. 6. The hotel is well managed and the hygiene is very good. The facilities can be seen to be a few years old, but they are still clean and tidy, and elegant.

Summer vacation is the peak season for traveling with children. In line with the principle of spending less money and doing more, it is particularly important to choose a hotel with high cost performance. The suite of Lanhai Hotel (Summer Resort Branch) is exactly what I want! Compared with the ”tearing feeling” of booking two double-bed rooms for the family, the suite perfectly solves the spiritual need of the family to be together, and the room has its own small balcony, overlooking the Summer Resort across the Wulie River, the scenery is so pleasing to the eyes! ! ! In terms of catering, breakfast is mainly Chinese, and there are also Western milk bread, coffee, salad, etc. The hotel can provide lunch and dinner. The price will definitely be higher than that of local restaurants, but it is not outrageous. If you want to save more, turn right and walk 60 meters out of the door. There is a large supermarket next door with everything. There is a self-service laundry room on the third floor of Building B of the hotel, which is still very necessary for taking children out, and it can solve the problem of washing and drying in one stop.

The hotel room is large, clean and comfortable. It is very quiet at night. The front desk and customer service are very good. We drove here and there is free parking.

Perfect location in a walking distance to Chengde Mountain Resort and surrounded by many restaurants, shops and night market. All Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Xiao Long (小龙）helped me a lot and recommended many good sightseeing places and restaurants. Room is very spacious and clean with good facilities. Highly recommended!

The May Day family tour in Chengde, considering the location, room environment, surrounding facilities, price and other factors, finally booked Tianbao Holiday, stayed for three nights, very satisfied. The hotel is located in the city center, with complete surrounding facilities. Shopping malls, supermarkets, civic squares, night markets, restaurants, etc. are basically within a radius of one kilometer and can be reached on foot. It is not far from the Summer Resort, you can walk, ride a shared electric motorcycle, or take a taxi at the starting price. Parking at the hotel is also very convenient, with parking lots on the ground and underground. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is relatively new. The room we booked has a floor-to-ceiling window with a great view! The children like to take the hotel's sightseeing elevator the most. The staff is enthusiastic and Pingping is beyond professional and warm-hearted. There is free Tremella soup in the evening, and the children drink it every night. There is a shortage of water and laundry detergent, and the response is super fast. Overall, the hotel is still very good, and I will choose Tianbao Holiday next time I come to Chengde!

The location and environment are good. One thing to note is that the inn has three floors, but there is no elevator. It is a bit troublesome to live upstairs with a lot of luggage. But when we checked in, the service staff was very considerate to help us carry our luggage, and we were quite embarrassed. Living on the third floor, you can see Bangchui Mountain through the window. The lights are on at night. Not bad. The car can be parked in the parking lot opposite, which is very convenient. There is also a family of five cats in the parking lot. We stayed for two consecutive days, and they came to help us clean the room and replace toiletries the next day. If there is not enough water, you can ask the waiter to help get a few more bottles. There was a problem with the water for bathing. The water flow was very small and not hot. It may be a peak period. The store expressed apologies in time and the attitude was very good. Overall, it is good. There is a response.

The service at Chengde Summer Resort Hotel is considerate, attentive and sincere. The hotel is very neat, clean and has friendly service. The rooms are large and comfortable. The waitress cleaned carefully and wrote small notes to be more gentle. Everything is memorable. I’ll come to Chengde next time.

I am still very satisfied with the hotel's environment and services. The hotel is an above-ground parking lot. The overall facilities and equipment of the hotel are very comprehensive. Dining in the hotel is convenient and the breakfast tastes very good.
