Hygiene: Everything is OK. It is not bad for a newly opened hotel. There are alcohol tablets to clean the toilet. I am very satisfied. Environment: The location is good. It is very close to the People's Park and is very convenient. However, due to the traffic volume, it is quite noisy. When sleeping, the double-layer soundproof glass must be closed. After closing it, the noise is not bad. Service: Average, the basics are in place, it’s just a formality, but it doesn’t really help customers solve their problems. Facilities: I am very satisfied with the dressing mirror and the smart toilet is also very good, but there is definitely something wrong with the air conditioner in 608 The whole incident: the air conditioner in 608 overheated. During the day, the indoor temperature reached 33 degrees with the windows closed (no pictures were taken here). I called the front desk and said that the central air conditioner was not able to do anything. They asked me to open the window to ventilate and turn off the air conditioner. But be careful. As I said before, this hotel will be noisy if you don’t close the windows. From the moment you enter the hotel, all the staff will remind you to close the windows and soundproof. But the front desk gave me such a plan? ? Sleeping with the window open is beyond their imagination. Of course it was still daytime, so I followed the front desk’s advice, turned on the window and turned off the air conditioner, and went out to play. When I came back in the evening, after a whole afternoon of turning off the air conditioner and ventilating, the room temperature was still 30 degrees, and it was too hot at 12 o’clock in the middle of the night. Sleeping proves that the solution provided by the front desk fails. The second time I called the front desk, they still told me that the central air conditioner was like this and couldn't be adjusted. They asked me to find an air cooler for me. It was ridiculous that it wasn't an air conditioner. If I put another electrical appliance in the room, it would only generate more heat and increase the room. The temperature is good! ! Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Let me ask you, are your waiters so careless when serving? Just get a thinner quilt? ? Don’t you know what kind of quilt you have in your room? ! It's past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which means waiting for half an hour in vain. I suggested again that a thin quilt cover would be fine and was given a quilt cover. But it’s really too hot at 30 degrees with the window open. It’s annoying even if you don’t sleep with short sleeves. Not to mention the temperature will be higher if you close the window. I still can’t sleep well. I should call the front desk to ask if there are similar situations in other rooms and if they can be changed. In other rooms, there are no marginal room heaters that are not as hot. The front desk checked for a long time and said that there was a downgraded double bed room that could be changed to. Then I asked if the room temperature was lower, or if it was the same, the front desk said they didn't know. I would like to ask, it is almost 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. I want to change rooms to cool down. You said that you have a room, but you don't care whether the room temperature is normal. If it is extremely hot again, do you want me to move my luggage in the middle of the night for nothing? ? Finally, at my strong request, the front desk gave me a downgraded room, saying that the room temperature was 27 degrees. We agreed to move there. I finally slept in a normal temperature. It was already past one o'clock in the evening. Throughout the above process, it can only be seen that the staff has no real intention to help the guests solve the problem. From the first suggestion to open the window, the guests have to endure the noise, and then there is nothing they can do. They don't take the initiative to come up with solutions, and even discount the implementation. The whole attitude is just a formality and they don't help solve actual problems. It's really rubbish.

The room is large and the bed is spacious, with phalaenopsis blooming and drinks flowing freely. The breakfast is rich and includes cheese, which many hotels don't have. The refreshments on the 27th floor are comfortable and cozy, especially the lanterns on the small balcony are very beautiful. Overall, I recommend it, like it and will come back next time.

We stayed in JinJiang for 4 nights from Oct. 17 to Oct. 22, 2023. We were so happy to choose this Hotel. The stuff of Hotel was very warm and helpful. Specially, Ms. Camille Feng, she helped us to change the rooms and give us very good suggestions for our stay; Ms. Xu Bin had very beautiful smile and gave us warm welcome. Room service persons, Rick Ren and Shang Ya Qiong provided excellent service for us. Moreover, VIP lounge at 27 floor is a such good place for guests to relax and meet friends, with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The Chengdu JinJiang hotel's VIP rooms are truly 5 star qualities. Also, its breakfast is very good and more affordable, comparing with other 5 star hotels.

All the staff are very friendly and considered thus made me feel welcomed. They offered drinks when waiting for check in, very patience when asked them information and direction. Always greeted you when seeing us. The lift looks dated but the rest of the hotel looks modern and clean. The room is spacious, very clean, and practical for a short stay, enough space to put 2 big luggage. The air conditioning works well. Quiet room but the movements at the hallway can be heard quite clearly. Shower room also spacious thus made me feel comfortable. Very generous with mineral waters. The only issue is the location, can be quite convenient as near to metro but the area is under road construction for new metro stations thus very difficult to go around with 2 big luggage. Even with taxi, the road is quiet jammed thus often took longer to reach a destination or to come back. Highly recommend for great customer service though and very clean and spacious room. Didn't take the breakfast so can't comment but with the price, RMB 215-220, I think this hotel is great value for travellers for short stay.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is new and the decor is very comfortable and the cleaning ladies are really really good at their job. The hotel takes client complaints seriously and tried to fix the problem quickly. The one major discomfort was what other reviews have also mentioned is that there is no air conditioning. The room stayed at 27-28 degrees even with the cooling fan they provided and with the window open. When I called the front desk she said because of the change in weather, they have clients asking for the heat to be turned on which I find hard to believe. The room never felt cold. My mom and I had trouble sleeping every night as we would wake up in sweat and we booked for 6 nights.
