The room is large, clean and the facilities are new. The mattress and pillow are especially comfortable, with moderate hardness and softness, which is the greatest blessing for people with poor sleep. You can have a good rest after a day. The overall environment of the hotel is very good. Various dining and leisure places are very convenient around the hotel, and you can reach them by strolling.

Because I booked the room late, there were no rooms with windows. I booked a premium audio-visual room with closed windows. I thought it would be stuffy, but it turned out to be very spacious inside, with a recliner and a desk in the corner. There is an artificial landscape outside the window, with green trees and rockery, and blurred lights. The view from the room is very comfortable, which shows that the hotel is very attentive and sincere. 👍 It is worthy of being a national chain brand. The lady at check-out was polite and decent, making people feel like spring breeze. Parking is free, suitable for business travel. Like 👍

Checked in on the second day of the Chinese New Year! Good service attitude! Careful and thoughtful! The room is clean and hygienic! The key is that the room area is large enough, which adds a lot of comfort! The hot water is very good! There is a self-service car wash downstairs, which is economical and affordable, and it is very good for friends who drive by car! The surrounding business and dining are very convenient! The most important thing! Pet-friendly! One of the best pet-friendly hotels along the way! It can be said that this hotel and several restaurants in Kuixinglou saved my impression of Chengdu!

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel, I had a cozy room with a good view, the beds and showers are very comfortable, I always look forward to returning back to my room at the end of a hot day. The room is understandably not perfect with cracks in the wall, but is clean and very good enough for the price paid. Staff are okay, helpful with basic questions but not out of the way. Location is convenient, a 10mins walk from the railway station if you exit correctly from the EAST exit (do note if you exited from the west exit you need to walk an extra 15mins around the exterior of station). Overall I would really love to stay here again if I have a chance.

Very dissatisfied. My child had an exam nearby the next day. Since we were staying at Ximen, we booked this hotel. After washing up at home, we arrived at 10:10 pm and wanted to go to bed directly. My child changed into pajamas. I walked into the bathroom. I opened the toilet lid. The inside of the toilet was full of ****. Not just a little bit. It was a lot of ****. I almost vomited. Forgive me for not being able to take pictures. I don't want this photo to be left on my phone. I called the front desk immediately. I explained the situation. The first question the front desk asked me was whether I had touched other things in the room before agreeing to change the room. I was really angry! But thinking that my child would enter the exam room at 8:30 tomorrow, I couldn't bother to change hotels now. I agreed to change the room. Then a beautiful lady (thank her) brought me the room card. Later, I ran again to provide me with another meal voucher that the front desk forgot to give me. After changing to the new room, the child didn't lie down until 11 o'clock. The room was very stuffy. I turned on the air conditioner. No matter whether it was warm or cold, the air outlet was full of heat waves. The room temperature reached 27-28 degrees... At this time, the child had fallen asleep. Sweaty. I turned off the air conditioner. I tried to open the window. I found that one side of the window bracket was also broken. There was only one hinge. Very dangerous. The window with half hinge was opened for a while. The truck downstairs made a loud noise. I was afraid that the strong wind would blow the window away. I got up and closed it again. I really didn't sleep all night. The bracelet is my witness. I was very angry!!! When I checked out, the front desk asked me about my stay experience. I said directly that I was very dissatisfied. The lady was very embarrassed and immediately gave my daughter a very beautiful lollipop. The doll took it and refused to return it. Forget it. Go home. But I wrote down my experience sincerely. Parents who come to take the test and book a hotel please consider it.

The hotel is very modern and clean, location is very convenient .The staff are super friendly and helpful ! We forgot something in the hotel after we checked out, a few days later when we contacted the hotel , the front desk is very efficient to locate our stuff and send it to us at no charge. Highly recommend this hotel of anyone plans to visit Chengdu, esp if you are looking for one closer to railway station.

I went on a business trip from Shanghai to Longquan, Chengdu, Sichuan. I found a business hotel with a moderate price close to the destination. The hotel is located in the center of a high-end economic park, surrounded by good greenery and quiet. First of all, the decoration style of the entire lobby is warm. There are also bookshelves in the lobby with hundreds of various encyclopedias. The hotel also has a back garden, where you can drink tea and coffee in your spare time. Next to the back garden is a gym. In short, the equipment configuration has exceeded my expectations. The room is a new Chinese-style double bed room. The room is very clean and eye-catching. All disposable items are sealed, which is a big plus. Secondly, the service attitude of the hotel staff will greet you warmly, giving people a very friendly and gentle feeling. The breakfast dishes are also rich and delicious. After finishing the business, I went to see the nearby attractions Dong'an Lake and Shansheng Flower Township. The car can be taken to the hotel entrance, and the taxi time from the hotel to the scenic spot is about 20 minutes. I didn't expect much from a business hotel at this price, but after checking in, I felt it was worth it and pleasantly surprised.

Perfect stay at the hotel, personnel is very kind and competent: they help us very quickly every time. Room is very comfortable and breakfast is delicious.

The room facilities are very useful, including automatic curtain closing and night light induction. The pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. The bathroom shower is also great and easy to use. It is worth recommending. There is a subway station right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for transportation and eating. There is a laundry room and a gym, which are free, which is great! It also comes with pajamas and a disposable water bottle, which is my favorite.

Awesome stay for 4 nights. Location: Clean residential area within Wecity (环球都汇广场). 2 mins walk from Dongdalu Metro Exit A. Below the apartment, plenty of food choices. There are all kinds of eating places, zigong hotpots, noodles, bakeries, convenient stores, pushcarts peddlers, deserts, etc. My favourite; Xinjiang BBQ Skewers 🤤, and ZiGong Cai Outlet. Service: Amazing care and attentive services by Xiao Li (whom I called XiaoBaoBei 🤣). She responds to messages and requests via WeChat promptly. She even invited me to dinner and drinks with her friend 🥰. Adding colours to my solo trip! I am grateful for the hospitality! Had amazing conversations. Cleanliness: The apartment is clean n cosy. Comfy home style. The auntie will come by to refill water, toiletries, change bath towels, and make the bed daily. Do general cleaning and clearing of trash. But she forgets the floor towel all the time. 😅 This place is good for 2 + 1 kid. Bed is big. Fridge is there. And washing machine cum dryer! The dryer works. Just need to dry longer. Very good for long stay. Dongdalu Metro is with Line 2 and 8 access. Very convenient to move around Chengdu via the metro to major attractions. Taxi to Chengdu East Railway / Kowloon Plaza (clothing wholesaler)/ Chunxi upbeat area is ¥17 to ¥19. This is just for your reference. Thumbs 👍🏾! Keep it up!
