Extreme cleanliness, automated bidet and heated toilet bowl like those you see in Japan, and the automated blackout curtains and sheer curtains were a great touch. I particularly appreciated the free first found of the minibar which I used, and my package included some high tea and supper, which I chose not to use because I wanted to eat in the city. Beautiful design, great stay, fuss-free check in and check out. What'@ not to like? Special mention to Nancy Shine Coco.
