地點特別好，離地鐵站很近，去哪都很方便小區環境也不錯，給爸媽定的，在景區旁邊也沒有很吵屋內環境也很好，我爸媽特別滿意，房間夠大一室一廳這個價位很香，下回去旅遊還會預訂對於本次入住，必須要給個好評

4號線寬窄巷子D口出來過馬路走幾分鐘就到，在一個高檔小區裏面，電梯飛快，房間乾淨衞生，冷熱水充足，洗衣機冰箱都有，周邊吃喝的很多，出小區消防隊那個門就是寬窄巷子景區，去哪都方便。

是小區的房子，709房，是個兩房一廳，屋子裡雜物多，欠維護，馬桶會動，洗手池衹有冷水，去水不行，洗澡的水温很低，住兩天都沒法洗。廚房的水温夠熱，衹能在廚房洗漱，水台裂開，感覺要塌了，客廳的落地窗放着一堆雜物，掛着晾曬的床單被套，落地窗落地床單，居住感不好，房間的空調嘎吱嘎吱響，影響睡眠，由於是小區，出入得叫保安開門，或尾隨住户進出。唯一優點是地理位置好，離寬窄地鐵就150米，離寬窄景點150米，非常近，相當於下樓就是景點和地鐵了。

離寬窄巷子非常近,交通很方便，總的來説乾淨整潔設施齊全，採光也好，鍋碗瓢盆全都有，還可以煮飯。裝修稍稍有點舊，洗手間有下水道的氣味
