房間還是很可以，簡單説兩點：1、酒店位置不是特別特別好，但是打車出入也還是很快，後面就是火車停靠站很吵衹能説。
2、房間幕布自己掉了，因為是01:30差不多，我是打電話告知前台並且也有人上來看了，但是第二天退房時前台並不知道，還要再次查房，首先應該瞭解顧客是否受傷，然後詢問事情原因，因為自己螺絲原因還要顧客賠償，不太好。後期協商後由酒店房自行處理。

服務態度很好，還送給小朋友的公仔，對於喜歡火車的小朋友住這個酒店超讚，對面就北站的火車檢修廠房。每天都可以看到火車。酒店隔音效果超好。對面就是鐵路，把窗關了，一點噪音都進不來

房間很乾凈，很整潔，記錄太古裏春熙路熊貓基地都很近，我打得滴滴很方便，最最最主要，前台客服都特別好，説話客氣親切，都特別熱情，讓我和孩子來這個陌生城市遊玩感到一些温暖，很推薦的一家酒店
