本來沒打算寫點評，但是介於在退房時貴酒店前台某個叫張寧的“優秀”接待，我不得不好好誇一下貴酒店的各項服務，住過香港、長沙、蘇州的尼依格羅，所以這次來成都玩也選擇了這個酒店，但是入住後大失所望，硬件的老舊我可以理解，這是無法避免的。但是在已經過了酒店硬件的黃金期後，是不是更該加強服務呢？由於睡眠不是很好，經常會失眠，在第一天中午被前台電話吵醒後，特意強調以後不要打電話問打掃，需要打掃我會打電話，我就想睡個好覺，結果後續2天仍然每天中午往房間打電話問要不要打掃，搞的像晚點打掃是犯了什麼天條，我有什麼義務一定要配合你們打掃的時間點啊，還有25號晚上7點多有個夜床服務員在沒經過我同意的情況下直接刷卡開門進了我房間，在這種需要打電話確認的事情上反而不打電話，全國各大城市最好的五星級酒店基本住遍了，這還是我第一次碰到這種晚上不經過客人同意就擅自開門進房間的。本來沒打算寫這個評價，今天退房時跟前台吐槽倆句這幾天碰到的奇葩情況，結果那個前台叫張寧的，在我反饋完情況後全程沒有一句抱歉的話，反而態度極其傲慢，趾高氣昂，當我問到你們酒店的服務員，在沒有經過客人允許的情況下，可以私自刷卡就進入客人的房間嗎，他問：這個服務員敲門了嗎，如果敲門了就沒問題，這是他們的夜床服務，我很詫異，我説敲下門不管客人有沒有允許就可以進去嗎，裏面有客人在休息怎麼辦呢，接下來更經典的來了，他説：不開門進去怎麼知道里面有沒有人呢？説完這句話他得意的笑了，彷彿贏得了國際辯論大賽第一名，建議酒店給他頒個獎，貴酒店能請到這樣的人才，真的是撿到寶了。
