Hotel is inexpensive. Room is quite big. Quiet. Very near to shopping malls and food shops

Great location with views of the city, right next to shopping district but in a quieter pocket. Plenty of food options around and close to public transport. Clean room with good facilities. Appreciate the customer service.

Pros Location's near the Airport and Panda Base express busses. Surrounded by eateries and shops. Excellent hygiene standards inside the room. Very helpful and accommodating hotel staff. Cons It was a maze trying to find my room.

Dear Sir / Madam, My wife and I have been very impressed at the assistance provided by members of the Hotel staff. In particular we would like to commend: - Xiao Lo for his help in arranging an additional night, beyond the two nights that were first booked. - The professional and competent manner in which we were provided with ‘packed breakfasts’ when we left early on Wednesday morning, to visit the Panda breeding centre. It was a pleasure to stay and the comments above are just two of so many positive experiences that we encountered. Unfortunately, sometimes I have to comment about the negative aspects of a hotel stay. It really is nice when there are only positive comments to make. I could not sleep due to loud noises from corridors and other rooms . They need to really improve the sound isolation
