外部環境很幽靜但住宿房間陰暗潮濕；房間安靜無噪音但很臭，像是從地板縫裡滲出來的臭味，需要戴口罩睡覺（沒有誇張成分）；熱水器熱水充足但馬桶難用，表現在小便難以一次沖乾淨；房間有兩瓶冰露，當天喝完後再打電話問前台要時需要交錢，一瓶三塊；住宿第二天上午出門前將“請即打掃”牌牌掛在門外但中午歸來後發現無人打掃；空調好使，睡眠模式較安靜但屋內有飛蟲🦟，還有大撲稜蛾子。房間在巴金文學院內部專家客房，難以想象什麼樣的專家會住在這麼臭的房間。

環境設施都挺不錯的，文化氣息很濃厚，客房周圍也安靜適合休息，室內整體衞生程度還不錯，但是邊邊角角處還有櫃子裏面等要注意打掃
