酒店前台服務熱情，客房乾淨，服務員見到人都會打招呼，環境不錯，翻新過，物品都齊全，空調效果也好，距離武侯祠和玉林路都挺近。設施配備充足，二樓有個茶樓可以休閑。

設施齊全，服務好，工作人員熱情，見到人會打招呼，有洗衣房，房間比較乾淨，前台還有增值服務，能夠免費提供打印，前台專業，侃侃而談，培訓做的好，很不錯，下次還會繼續入住。
