Cleanliness: The floor was very dirty, even with coarse dirt like stones. It constantly crunched when you walked on the floor. The room was "cleaned" every day but still crunched and there was dirt on the floor. The bedsheets and towels as well as the bathroom were clean.
Location: good location with lots of food options. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro.
Service: very good English-speaking staff for China. We arrived extremely late in the middle of the night at 3 a.m. Check-in was super quick and uncomplicated. Breakfast every morning was a small Chinese selection. Mostly vegetarian but very tasty!
Facilities: basically everything was there. A fridge would be nice but it was OK without one. You can buy chilled drinks directly in the hotel.
Definitely very good value for money. Especially recommended for foreigners who can't do chi!
