服務員態度還好，就是房間空調是壞的，吹出來的氣酸臭酸臭的，都不知道多久沒清洗了

在攜程訂過很多次酒店第一次差評，首先辦入住前台操作就很不流暢，等待20分鐘左右 才辦理好 然後進入房間，衞生很差，電視遙控器不能用 內部電話不能用 打前台電話也不能使用 第二天由於行程問題續租一天，手機直接下單 早上在前台還説了續住一天，也沒有告訴我需要再重新刷卡 晚上回來進不去房間用，隔壁房間聯繫前台，前台態度不好，説我為什麼不去前台刷卡 首先我早上在前台也沒有人告訴我需要再次刷卡確認 然後網上下單也沒有提示需要這樣操作 在其他酒店直接原房續住 是不需要在這樣操作的，所以説態度很差，真心不推薦大家住 可能店家看到很不滿意 但是真的太差了，不得不吐槽一下

這是在這裏住的第5年，每年出差都是選擇的這個酒店。房間位置很好，房間很寬敞很舒適，酒店前台的現磨咖啡味道很不錯，大廳也很寬敞，有個小型會議什麼的都可以在大廳搞定，前台很熱情，有什麼問題都會很積極的解決。就是因為服務，所以我一直選擇這家。

來成都旅遊，提前在網上預訂的酒店，選擇了這家離熊貓基地和動物園都挺近的酒店，到市中心交通也很方便。酒店附近的商業圈也很繁華，尤其晚上正值五一旅遊旺季，吃的玩的都很多。房間的衞生打掃得很乾凈，空間也大，還配有免費的礦泉水和茶葉，服務也很周到，提供免費寄存行李服務，推介給有需要的朋友！
