This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed at at this price.
It rained that night because there was no parking lot. I parked on the side of the road to get my things. My clothes got wet from the rain. When I entered the hotel, the two front desks didn't show any sign of it. They watched me put my things on the ground and looked for my ID. Logically, they should have given me a towel or something else to wipe them with. A wipe
The soundproofing was very poor. I closed the window immediately after arriving in the room. The sound of cars and rain outside was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. I had to change rooms in a panic at 1 o'clock in the evening. The front desk was not helpful at all. When they came to show me the room, their attitude was also very bad.
I won't comment on other things, it varies from person to person, but I really can't stand the service attitude and soundproofing. It was the most disappointing experience in my trip to Chengdu.
