原本定的女生六人間結果女生間裏有男的入住，請問這是什麼女生間，不是寫的僅女生入住嗎？然後讓加錢住太空艙，太空艙大多數的枕巾都一股味道像十多天不洗澡的油膩大叔在上面睡了很久一樣，店家別狡辯加沒加錢了，我這兒還有付款記錄當時是講了價之後讓我補了錢，反正不管定什麼床型最後去了都讓你睡太空艙，離譜得很，老闆娘倒是每天會打掃衞生，但是男女衞生間就是個擺設，男生不去男廁所，都在女廁所上，本來想住女生間就是為了安全，結果這兒全部男女混住，考慮安全性的別住這兒了，真的差得很，去哪兒上留的號碼當天還打不通，打了好幾次都不在服務區，號碼不能用就別用換個能打通的來，別説什麼你不是電話客服不會隨時在線接電話，我打了好幾次都是不在服務區的

這是一個澄清貼，看到很多住客在罵這家旅館説什麼環境不好，衞生不好，等等各種不好都有。但實踐情況可以有點不一樣，中立來説雖然廁所，客廳衞生沒有酒店賓館那麼好但作為一家青旅，旅館環境條件完全是值這個價格的，青旅的意義是給臨時有事或者出來旅遊省錢的人一個能夠睡覺的地方。而不是一味的用酒店的要求一個幾十塊的大床房。物美價廉從來不是花小錢住高端酒店而是我花了多少錢應該享受多少錢的服務。之前也住過相同價位的青旅但給我的感覺是很差勁，相對於這家旅館床小，房間小，衞生條件差。但確實這家旅館有缺點（唯一缺點就是房間有少量煙味如果能設一個吸煙區就更好了）這次住的太空艙雖然客廳有煙味但不影響倉內，倉內完全隔絕。還有就是老闆態度問題，我當時辦理入住的時候是晚上十點多的樣子，雖然旅館沒人但給老闆打電話時老闆還是很熱情的給我辦理入住然後回答我的問題。有些時候不要把個人問題拋給老闆。當然你非要青旅的錢來住酒店那麻煩你自己去找而不是在網上無能抱怨

服務不滿意，考慮到小孩哭，影響房間其他客人，就沒住，申請退房退款，商家説退不了，一次很不愉快的住宿，下次在不回來住
