Great stay woth chengdu blue city hotel! Breakfast was more authentic than the International hotel we had stayed be4 in China. Staff were very friendly n helpful! Make our holidays memorable!!!

Overall a nice hotel with big rooms, comfortable bed and tasty breakfast, the location is also good although you have to have in mind that you need a 15-18minutes walk to the next metro station. Only the service at the reception stroke me as very average, not particularly friendly.

Great service and excellent food! On our early arrival of 9am, we were allowed to check in. Room was clean and smelled fresh though it was supposed to be smoking room. One thing about this hotel is they never stop feeding you with their Sichuan delicacies, that you would be given free delicacies from afternoon till night. Of special mention is their house keeping team who timely pick up the bag that left behind by our son after we checked out. Will definitely choose this hotel when visiting Chengdu, and also recommend this to friends!

The room was very comfortable. Got a heated toilet seat and water spray that I enjoyed so much. The heater works well and the combination of ancient interior design makes the room and the entire hotel very beautiful. There's also a foreigner there that can speak English & Chinese very well which has helped me a lot in communication with the hotel staff.

Amazing hotel with hot springs. The doorman is very polite and speaks both English and Chinese, which helped us a lot. Breakfast and dinner have a lot of choices. Spacious comfortable room with tea.

Cons: The entire building smells like cigarette. Their dryer is a joke. The staff is not helpful. No parking space. Pros: the location is good. Quite. The morning breakfast has a lot of variety

The room is clean and stylish and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent experience staying at this hotel. The snacks/dishes that are provided as part of the booking are authentic and delicious. Location wise it is close to perfect. Both the Kuanzhaixiangzi (宽窄巷子) and the people’s park (人民公园) are within walking distance. A ton of food options are nearby and there are nice bars too.

Perfect location with a great hot pot place just around the corner. Hotel is clean, but the equipment is little outdated. Still you can find some fancy details in the design of the hotel and rooms. Sichuan opera, Wuhou Shrine and Jinli street are nearby.

I extended my stay. The place was convenient close to Kuanzhai Alley, near Tianfu square. Staffs were helpful and upgraded my room! Love this place! I will be back! The complimentary food was delicious!

This hotel is Good , execellent service and with Good goods

The room was very nice and the desk staff are very approachable. They helped me call the cleaner when I noticed the toilet seat had not been cleaned. However later I also noticed a hair on a folded towel and other long hair left on the shower floor. It was not a thorough cleaning job but I do believe the rest was cleaned. I went to enjoy the hot spring, which needs a code for the women's door. But found out that the door was left open anyways and other guests were in the hot spring and using their phones. I wasn't comfortable to fully enjoy it because those rules are not followed. Also the shower area of the hot spring had a strong urine smell. It's really a beautiful hotel but needs more supervision or instruction for cleaning and hot spring rules. The snack bar looked really good and is open late.

Japanese style room was excellent, large, well laid out (three seating places) quiet and clean. As a person who travels light I really appreciated that they included hand washing laundry detergent and a washing line in the shower as part of the amenities. Good breakfast and the afternoon snacks were a lovely bonus. Location was good with regards lots of restaurants etc but some people might think it’s a little far from the subway (however it’s very easy to order didi/taxi so this isn’t really an issue).

Nice family hotel, with hot spring and snacks provided. breakfast spread was fantastic with great variety. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only downside is the hotel does not have a driveway, maybe slightly tricky when calling for cabs.

The location is good. They still provide dinner and breakfast and food is so delicious. If i going back to chengdu i will stay again as the room is clean and spacious.
