退房的時候酒店停電，電梯也停了，從32樓提着箱子走樓梯下來，胳膊都要斷了，全程沒有任何工作人員疏導或服務。這麼一家酒店居然沒有應急備用電源。匪夷所思。

很少寫差評，這次成都簡直就是buff加持，房間冰箱壞的，空調不製冷（電話溝通後才開），要的無煙房結果進門一股臭味（之後發現是打掃車的原因），打掃房間的服務員還要諮詢客人要不要打掃，要不要換被套。每次出電梯去大堂都有廁所的味道.
