位置不錯挺方便的，電梯有點問題有些按不了，要走一層樓，房間位置位於樓梯角落裡有點陰暗，小愛同學和桌子積灰了，床的回彈挺舒服的，小愛智能家居很方便。房間與視頻一致，外面窗户掛衣服不太方便有點臟，隔音並不好總是聽到隔壁開關空調的扇葉聲音，大晚上很安靜突然來一下很嚇人。

房間不錯，乾淨衞生，全程自助辦理入住，下次還來，非常方便，值得推薦。離春熙路也很近，走路十分鐘左右就到，房東也很熱情，晚上十二也及時安排我們入住，非常熱心！

不太建議住這家民宿，感覺不是很用心。到民宿樓下打了好幾次電話都沒人聽，等了很久，後來打平台投訴才聯繫到店家，如果要住這家店的話，建議提前聯繫，店家會發房間號和門鎖密碼，全程無接觸，入住前需交100按金。櫃子、衣櫃也有很多塵，民宿不會有人每天搞衞生，有需要的要聯繫店家才會有人上門搞。不配備礦泉水，樓下有購買礦泉水的自助機。燒水的水壺很臟，聯繫店家再換一個也是臟。剛來的時候床套有破洞，跟店家講了第二天換新了。洗澡熱水器還要自己插上插頭，等上幾分鐘才有熱水，洗澡的地方很窄，花灑不能調節角度，我個子矮站在最邊上才淋到頭，要是個子高些，估計直接噴臉了。冰箱也有異味，一股酸味在裏面。搞了智能家居，感覺雞肋，設施卻是老舊，店家還不如花心思在服務和衞生上。如果不是當天不能免費取消，我就換好些的酒店了。可能唯一的好處，就是離春熙路挺近的，走路就能到了。
