凱賓斯基作為一個老牌五星級酒店，服務一直相當穩定。這次入住成都，按照下單時的權益享受了升級服務，原本衹有一張DR精釀餐酒吧 0.3L鮮釀啤酒券，還多贈送了一張，真是非常貼心。酒店位置也很不錯，靠近居民區，周圍生活氣息濃郁，離玉林路到“小酒館”也不是很遠。

房間是新裝修過的雖然不大但還是不錯的，酒店位置不錯出入方便。酒店公共設施都比較舊了，健身房設施簡陋。

可能是國內凱賓斯基酒店裡麪的性價比之王。不到600的價格，全新裝修的房間，乾淨舒適。離市區各主要商務區與商業區均不遠，交通便利。尤其趕雙流機場的早班飛機，特別方便，15分鐘內就可以到達。推薦。
