Everything else was good, except the service. I stayed for one night, but they forced me to check out the next day, saying there was a tour group the next day. If there was a tour group, they should have told me clearly when I checked in on the first day, but they didn't tell me. If my client hadn't been there, I would not have paid the extra money. This kind of hotel is really deceiving us outsiders by doing this. If they had told me earlier, we could have found a new hotel first. I am an old member of Ctrip and have booked rooms so many times, but I have never encountered such a thing.
