入住非常方便，老闆非常熱情，訊息秒回，進門一看裝修很棒，和描述一致，乾淨精緻，樓下就是寬窄巷子，廁所串串非常好吃。老小區，進來門口阿姨叔叔都非常熱情，非常好的體驗，下次來還找這家。可惜照片沒拍，不過拍了也和描述的一樣，哈哈哈，感謝老闆！

總體感覺還可以吧

位置很好，房子也不錯，雖然是在老小區，但裝修很不錯。都給五分滿分，唯一就是停車稍微不太方便，不是指沒有停車地方，是指停車費有點高，一天70多。當然這跟房子沒有任何關係，畢竟靠近寬窄巷子，寸土寸金。

不錯的選擇，房東人不錯。
