房間差到沒譜，服務差到沒譜。
進房間被套壞的，馬桶黃色的尿垢，房間吵得不行，給前台打電話，請換一個房間，説其他房間沒打掃乾淨，我説我可以等，他們説五樓的房間晚上比較吵。 然後給我找了酒店的服務員換被套，重新打掃衞生，服務員進來就説這個被套沒問題，衹有幾個洞！他們房間住滿了，新的被套沒來，沒有新的來換。
我説這個問題解決不了，那就把馬桶給處理了。她説馬桶就是這樣，尿垢沒辦法。我説我住了這麼多酒店沒哪個酒店的尿垢沒辦法！她還火氣大得很沖到廁所讓我看着她刷馬桶，馬桶圈都不掀起來！消毒液尿垢水直接全部弄到馬桶圈上！主管來了也説馬桶尿垢除不了。但是！馬桶開始是一圈黃的！她認真擦了以後是一圈白色的！我晚上買了滴露！白色的尿垢也消了一些！！
然後！主管看到了被套也沒換，就讓她把被套換了，這下服務員説，還有最後一套被套，她可以換了！！！這個操作之**！這都還沒到説**的時候！她！弄了馬桶的手！不洗！就開始換被套！！！！我説你不洗手就開始換被套嗎？她跟沒聽到一樣！繼續換！我吼了她一句！她去廁所沖了一下手！繼續換！扯開被套的時候，看到棉絮有血跡，我都無力吐槽了！
換了以後她們就覺得事情解決完了，就都走了！馬桶圈，地上的水都沒管！就！走！了！！！
然後，我同事在我後面辦入住，就比我遲半個小時，就住到了五樓！為啥我會在意五樓，馬上看後面！晚上，也沒有她説的吵的現象！
這也沒到氣死我的時候。
白天沒開燈，晚上開燈就跟到夜店現場一樣，一直閃，一直閃！我忍了。
洗浴間放東西的地方有頭髮我忍了，蓮蓬一直點頭，我必須拿着蓮蓬洗澡我忍了！
然後，重點是沒空調！！！
我到前台問！空調是沒開嗎？前台一臉淡定，哦。我們三樓變壓器壞了，開不了。我説辦入住的時候不説呢，就跟耳朵聾了一樣不開腔！！要不是附近衹有這一個酒店，我直接換酒店了！
太神了，這個酒店！
還有一個事情，主管在我房間的時候，我同事在樓下辦入住，同事就説:前面有人辦入住的時候發現你們酒店衞生很差，給我們找一間衞生條件好一點的。前台直接給主管對講機，説樓下有客人鬧事，被我聽到了！
真的……**啊！

成都住過最差的酒店！！！
1.設施極其老舊，商務套房，2個洗臉池，一個完全沒有，另外一個水小的可憐。諾達一個洗手間，門竟然是半透明的，早知道這是商務房，可以住2個人。洗澡的旋鈕也是極其老舊，根本分不清楚
2.你能想象，房間裏面的電話，打前台電話顯示不存在，其他電話打不通，你無法聯繫上前台
3.有一張房卡找不見了，竟然扣除50元，同樣的事情在廣州，有張卡忘記還給前台，別人直接説，給我們留個紀念
4.沒有送餐機器人，每次取外賣，要下去門口取，關鍵是電梯還反應極其不靈敏
5.唯一優點，離地鐵站不遠，比較安靜

房間設施設備很全，床墊也軟乎乎的，樓下雖然有温泉而且人很多，但是房間隔音非常好，一點也不吵，前台小姐姐人美温柔，總之非常nice ！！！
