kiki在到店前一天就提前聯繫了我，並認真詢問了我的需求，也清楚地記下了我的到店時間。不僅如此，kiki在辦入住當天給了我更多的驚喜！kiki在前台識別到了我，熱情地與我打招呼，也一直與我交談～辦完入住後把我送回了房間，介紹了房間的設施設備，她的服務讓我感到她是真正地熱愛這個行業！回到房間後，看到了kiki準備的歡迎水果與她親手準備的歡迎卡片。整個入住都讓我感到非常舒適，個性化服務從入住到離店一直都有！這樣的熱情的員工真的會讓人感到非常舒適！
