The hotel is very convenient and quiet. There are food and drinks around. The room is very quiet. Everything is good. I will come again next time.

Pleasant stay at Fraser property. Cleanliness is top notch, and facilities including gym, pool, retreat and steam room, are nice. Breakfast is limited and quality can be improved. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall would recommend although location to city is quite far.

A bit more cleaning in bathrooms would be appreciated but the 2 bedroom was a perfect size for a family of four. Much more convenient than a normal hotel room!

Hardware is excellent. Good location if you like a quiet area. Very close some great shopping malls nearby. Due to the large sizes of the apar**ents, it is difficult to be spotless. I think the cleaners do their best but some corners are missed. Overall very happy. Would return.

Spacious room located in a quiet neighborhood. Keep in mind the hotel is 20 minutes of cab ride from the city center.

I’ve stayed at multiple Fraser locations. Having previously stayed at their old location at renheng and had a good experience I thought it would be even better at their new location. I was wrong.
1) The rooms smells full of toxic gas from renovation. Even the air filter in the living room shows a PM2.5 level of 80+
2) The hotel likes to save as much electricity as possible so they often like to turn off the entire air conditioning unit for the entire hotel in the morning making u wake up from being too hot. The centralised air conditioning is not adjustable at all. I put the temperature to 10c and it still showed a reading of 24.
3) Service was terrible as soon as we arrived. Worker outside supposed to be helping with luggage was standing and looking at us until I called him to help with the luggage. The lady with pimples on her face is rude and not welcoming at all. Speaks to us with no manners and gives us a terrible attitude.
Never coming back again! My loyalty to Fraser suites for all around the world ends here.

The hotel is new, comfortable, clean, it has everything you need. The staff speaks excellent English, friendly, helpful. Wonderful service. I was very pleased, I recommend it, you will definitely not regret it.

Very foreigner friendly. The staff was super friendly. The hotel is nearby a little river walkway that’s so cute and pretty. The breakfast was nice and the sushi at dinner was also pretty good. The place was nice and clean as well. I loved loved loved staying here

Nice and clean hotel but the air-conditioning system is so disturbing with loud and dircet air flow. Its location is not convenient as it is far from metro, restaurants, and malls. The breakfast is so so but good for a budget hotel.
