非常非常喜歡的一間民宿，通過裝修可以看出來房主非常的有品味，而且房間很乾凈，很新，裝修日系風，而且周圍環境也很安靜，外賣便利，隨便拍了幾張圖，處處體會到了房主的細節，還有落日燈沒有拍，房間真的是太美太乾淨了，弄的我自己也想愛護這個房間，不給裏面弄臟

#服務服務都別提了，實際入住的地方和地圖定位的地方根本不是一個，然後公寓電話也打不通，給去哪兒客服打電話最終才聯繫上酒店，我在那邊等了將近一個小時，聯繫酒店工作人員也沒覺得愧疚，説話還**哄哄的。想先看看房間再辦理入住，她還嫌我們麻煩。#衞生衞生特別不好，櫃子裏還有灰，地板上的毯子和窗台上的毯子也不乾淨。衞生間也不乾淨。#位置交通交通位置還挺好，距離地鐵口特別近。#房間設施設施老舊。

五一期間連續住了四天，連續住是沒有打掃費的。
先説優點：1.有問題找房東解決的很及時；2.位置不錯，離地鐵口近，可以步行至339和健身路小吃街，八二社區等等：3.視野很好，可以看到熊貓和河流，我們住在樓高38樓，看風景還是可以的。
缺點還是有的：1.設備簡陋。燒水壺是壞的，花灑也是壞的，有點影響正常生活。洗髮液是加過水的，很拉跨，衹能湊合用2.環境一般，隔壁抽煙有煙味飄進來，廁所用久了也有臭味。3.隔音效果一般。

根本找不到房子，將近花了2個小時時間在找都沒找到，周圍人都不知道這個民宿，還花了300多塊，打電話根本沒人接，最主要的是不能退房，不能退房，不能退房，我們房子也沒住到，錢也沒退到，這簡直是太坑人了，大家聽我一句勸，千萬別住這你們要是不後悔，我就下地獄……

總體感覺不錯的，使用面積大，設備齊全，我們住需要加被子很及時到位，位置好離紅星橋地鐵很近出行方便…如果床上有個舒服保暖的床褥子就更好了

位置挺好的，離建設路和339挺近的，在地鐵口，出行也方便……
是自助入住的，但是下飛機坐地鐵到地方以後，説記錯我們入住時間了，趕緊安排另一個，我們又拖着行李換換樓層，然後新房間開始還給錯了密碼……
屋子也一般……馬桶蓋是壞的，地板翹起來了，衞生間沒有排風扇，沒有門，衹有一個簾子，屋子裡沒有全身鏡
