樓下就是春熙路，出行方便，房間乾淨衞生，家庭入住很方便，做飯的廚具調料一應俱全，對於帶小朋友不能吃辣的朋友很友好。

雖然外面是老小區看着比較破舊，但是裏面打掃的乾淨整潔，特別温馨，可謂麻雀雖小五臟俱全。下樓就可以逛春熙路，出行很方便。房東人特別熱情，還幫忙搬行李，免費寄存行李。

另外提醒大家不要訂“成都三寶民宿”的房間，臨入住時租金漲價為蠅頭小利不講信譽各種理由要求退房，最後強制取消
