設施：我坐輪椅，需要無障礙房間，前台告知我衹有兩間，已經住人了沒有辦法給我，我想請問這個無障礙房間是擺設嗎？房間內沒有化粧台，問有沒有沐浴凳，也沒有，普通凳子也沒有。問什麼，就是沒有。床頭插座有一個不好用。
服務：拖鞋三天不換新的，房間裏不主動提供化粧棉和棉簽，我打電話説我這兩天都需要，多給我拿一點，然後就給了我兩包？我們兩個人住三天給我兩個化粧棉包？浴袍也不主動換新。不給疊睡衣不整理擺放化粧品。出門前房間亂糟糟，回來房間還是亂糟糟。這些酒店基本都應該做的都沒有做好。工作人員不主動幫忙搬行李，不打招呼問好，真的是我住過這個價位酒店裡最差的最差的！！！沒有之一。

成都最後一天因為要趕飛機，無意間選擇了該酒店。酒店位於地鐵口，18號線直達天府機場；酒店距環球中心一站路，購物方便；酒店的馬路對面星巴克，肯德基，粉、麪都有，吃東西也方便，推薦。
