保潔人員我真的一點都不懂，剛辦入住一會兒就直接刷卡進門，第一次也就算了，然後我就用那個鏈條卡了一下，第二天，又直接刷卡進，還好有鏈條，然後又鎖上門，假裝敲門，怎麼？我要不要續住是保潔要開始管的事了嗎？前台是有通知你來打掃衞生了嗎？第一次擅自開了門就算了還來第二次，要是出去玩了，那不是你就自己進去了
