本來定的2間房2晚，入住後發現環境太差，晚上1點過在平台發起部分訂單取消，然後顯示由商家處理，第二天一早到前台諮詢後説要老闆才看得到，前台説彙報老闆，後面也沒了下文，商家和平台客服就這樣推來推去，直到第二天的下午2點過，收到平台訊息，説經與酒店溝通未通過。期間找過平台人工客服，服務態度也極差，本次入住體驗，衞生條件差，花灑出水量也小商家服務態度也差，**，

我下午訂的房間，到店裡的時間是晚上一點過，下車問服務員車停哪兒，她回一句，沒房間了，我告訴她我網上訂的，她説也沒有，我再次給她説，我定成功了的，我的房間呢？她説沒有，就不説她把我房間開給別人了。我問她咋辦，她説原價退我，**，我一家七八個小時過來的，你卻告訴我這種解決辦法，更糟糕的是她的態度，一副死豬不怕開水燙的樣子，我很不爽，後來給她十分鐘解決，她無動於衷，我自己報警解決，十四五分鐘後，兩名警察叔叔到了，我一五一十告訴他們，這個時候，他們酒店的負責人出來了，警察給出瞭解決辦法，我重新在其他家訂房間，費用有他們酒店負責，我接受了警察給出了建議，我也希望早點休息…我雖然沒有入住，可我在大廳等她給解決辦法的時候，我去大廳後面看了一眼，整個大廳老舊，設施臟亂差，像極了農村家庭的儲物間，一幅破敗感極強的圖畫就呈現在你面前了！從此以後，我吃一塹長一智，訂房間一定要看評價和圖片，以及裝修時間…
