The staff service is excellent. Several accommodation housekeepers, especially Nana, are very considerate and polite. The room facilities are very complete, far exceeding my expectations. The two-story design separates the living area from the daily activity area, which is very reasonable. The hotel is also in a good location, with Taikoo Li and IFS downstairs. If there is a shortcoming, it is that the location is too good. Taikoo Li is too congested when driving out!
