環境挺好，靜謐雅緻，適合散步休閑。這次入住發生了一些小插曲，好像是設備系統出了故障，但還是很快得到了解決，就是酒店因自身原因提出升級房間卻要住店客人補差價，這點讓人覺得很不合理，雖然最終沒有換房型，攜程客服主動及時的跟綜服務讓人感到很安心，特別感謝！目前的設施管理有點着急，兩個房間的浴室排水口因沒有清理之前的頭髮而堵水，以致我們使用時水都溢出了浴室，盥洗台的水管也漏水[捂臉]酒店服務態度還是好的，反應後及時安排了師傅處理，但是晩上沒有客房衞生服務，説是人員都下班了。

房間兩室一廳，兩衞，設計感不錯，地暖和空調雙配置，
中午特意吃了午餐再走，午餐製作精美，味道很不錯，
酒店還提供很多娛樂項目，
不知道是酒店老闆還是經理，反正服務很到位，
但是酒店前台和微信管家服務，我覺得是不夠標準，應該專業化培訓，不然，看起來很好，其實敷衍，很容易得罪刁鑽客户，
微信詢問，是屬於應付式回答，不具備酒店專業素養，
但是不管咋説，酒店本身，設施，娛樂項目，包括餐飲，值得肯定

非常滿意的環境和空氣，工作人員還提前升級了房間開好空調等我們，從機場趕到已經很晚了仍然等候熱情接待。衞浴用品不錯，衞生打掃得乾淨，雖然是小院，但是房間沒有潮濕的感覺，床睡着舒服。有很雅緻的藏書閣，有時間可以靜下來住兩天調養身心。
