前三天我們住的是榻榻米房，後來一天去了都江堰，大型行李箱還可以免費寄存在酒店，後三天我們換去了大床房，就在一樓很方便。
其實這家酒店對我來説是已經很完美了，但就差一個全身鏡，如果房間或者大堂有一面全身鏡就更加完美了。
這個帖子我主要是要感謝酒店的服務員；因為我回國前到了機場才發現我忘了一個手提行李袋，其實酒店一發現就聯繫我了，衹不過我在成都用的電話號已經過期打不通了，她們是通過App裏的留言通知我，而我卻沒有看到。
發現後聯繫了酒店她們也想盡方法幫忙我，郵寄、閃送... 但行不通，後來我想説就不拿了，反正那個行李袋都是吃的伴手禮，但是酒店還依然在幫我想辦法。
後來她們派了一位工作人員坐18號線給我送過來... 太感恩了！
謝謝酒店的服務員小姐姐，不好意思當時很亂沒有問到你們的名字。
也非常感謝送行李來的樂樂大爺，浪費了您的時間，太麻煩您了，也不收我們的小費，不知道要怎樣報答您呢... 感恩感恩！

房間很小但床很舒服。酒店服務人員都很友善。酒店大堂都有提供一次性用品可以自取很方便。晚上回到酒店 如果肚子餓還有甜點可以吃。

這酒店把超前服務和人性化服務做到最好了。很多小細節都考慮到了，大廳有棒冰，有咖啡都是免費的，晚上還有夜宵的粥。餐廳的麪和抄手都很不錯，服務員大叔一看就很有涵養的那種老服務員了，很親切。地段也很好，鬧中取靜，去哪兒都很方便。唯一不足就是酒店是老房子改造的民宿，房屋格侷限制了房間的大小，但是住在裏面一點都沒有老舊的感覺，蚊蟲啥的也沒有。

我是馬來西亞女生，第一次自己一個人出國去四川旅行8天7夜，最後一晚就是住這裏，這個價錢超級值得的！環境也很乾凈舒服，我孤陋寡聞第一次看到酒店提供的東西那麼多，又有零食大禮包AD鈣奶，又有洗衣液洗面巾的，還給我找到有沒開封的TT，當時都有點不可思議，我以為一般會提供那麼多東西的酒店價格都很高，哈哈~我當時剛從四姑娘山回來，斷斷續續淋了幾天的雨，又下雪又颳風，撐到最後兩天時已經在發燒了。因為真的很不舒服就提早大概十點多就到了這家酒店想快點入住休息，但是太早了我訂的房還沒準備好，我本來跟櫃枱的服務人員商量了下，給我換了另一個榻榻米房的。真的太感激了，我當時真的燒的整個人都很不舒服，衹想在廁所待着或者床上躺着，沒胃口吃飯也沒來得及吃葯，幸好能給我換房快速入住休息吃東西，我下午才有力氣出門買給家裡人的特產。酒店周圍挺安靜，不會很多人吵吵嚷嚷的，我很喜歡。走個幾百米就到地鐵站了超級方便，雖然安靜但不會偏僻陰森那種，感覺也很安全。可以點外賣，備註房間號，送到了酒店大廳會轉交給機器人送上來，好可愛！住的4家旅館酒店裡，我最喜歡這家的設備，環境和設計，很好看很舒服，也很有趣。零食很好吃，傍晚過後好像還有提供宵夜糖水什麼的，自助餐選擇很多也很好吃！我下次有機會帶家人來四川玩的話，還會入住這家酒店，太舒服了！

挺不錯的一家小酒店，乾淨舒服，服務人員友善。我的父母住在那裡，他們長者家一些服務都沒有用上，例如泡腳呀，因為他們不知道。房間比較小，所以他們到樓下大堂看書去，但是樓下大堂有蚊子沒看幾下就被咬了，對於行動不便的長者家活動空間是比較少了
