這個賓館很老很舊就衹值個幾十塊錢吧，什麼垃圾老闆還罵我幾十塊錢你想住五星級酒店啊，我有説過幾十塊錢想住五星酒店了嗎？就是嫌價格收的低吧一直在那裡嘰嘰歪歪，自己定的價格，也就衹值這點錢，你看你定高價誰會住你這破賓館？大家都不要去這家酒店，人品和服務都很惡劣

垃圾，實在垃圾，提前兩天訂的房間結果晚上8點多去，他把所有房間都出租了，是所有，我説給他補錢換一個他給我説一個都沒有了，而且錢還沒給退，錢也收了房間還沒有，他讓我等其他人來接我，天知道要給我接到哪裡去，等到電都沒有了，人還沒來，我問她，他就説我不知道，他什麼時候來是他的事兒，我就走了。

最差的一次住宿體驗！跟老公來成都辦事，一行三人，兩男一女。網上訂的兩間大床房，到店半天不辦理入住，最後説房間沒窗簾把我們帶到誠鑫賓館，誠鑫賓館服務態度也不好，房間廁所沒燈，沒衞生紙，沒洗漱用品，房間破舊，設施設備壞掉的。主打一個差勁！
