衞生：床上的被褥，床單沒有進行換洗。床上還殘留女士的頭髮，床單上留有不明水漬印記。就連枕頭上還有幹漬的口水印記。
設施：一般
服務：一般，微信詢問客服沒有回消息，最後打了管家電話才來的換的床單被罩。還推卸責任説可能是是打掃衞生的阿姨忘記換了。
