The experience was a bit bad. When I checked in, the front desk said that they would upgrade me to an apartment room for free, which was larger. After I politely refused, they still tried to persuade me. I once again stated that I just wanted to stay in the room I booked, and I didn't want to upgrade or stay in an apartment. The front desk didn't say anything else. After checking in, the concierge led me to the elevator entrance, and I found out that it was an apartment room when I got to the room. I was very angry at the time. Is this invalid communication or forced upgrade? If the ordinary king-size bed room is gone, don't put it up. Not all people want to get free stuff. I really don't like the layout of the apartment. Well, it's too late and I didn't bother to argue with the front desk about it. Also, after I checked out the next day, the deposit was not refunded for two days. I checked the bill and it was indeed not received. I called the hotel again to process it... It has been two days since I checked out, and I didn't understand why it was not processed until I called.
