晚上到的晚，免費升級了房型，當時我就覺得有點不對，我訂的是普通大床房不代早餐，可服務員給我升房型也不送早餐，到房間內床頭都是灰我擦了一次，到處都用酒精擦了一次，到擦到登子時上面好像是大便，我們到得很晚很累也就沒要求換房，想不到品牌酒店衞生還這麼差真是無語，希望灑店加強衞生管理不要讓客户失望
