房間衞生着實不太好，我們去的時候沙發很多污跡，茶几上還粘着幾個雙眼皮貼，投影儀質量低畫質模糊不清還不容易連網。着實就是地理位置很好。跟圖片一樣但又很大不一樣，應該是租的時間久了不怎麼愛護，導致磨損嚴重。

位置不錯，離春熙路地鐵站就幾分鐘路，下樓出小巷子就是伊藤洋華堂，還有羣光廣場。
房子的裝修感覺有些年頭了，床頭燈的開關都有點脱離牆面了，榻榻米上全都是印子，不敢坐。還有投影儀的架子也是搖搖欲墜了，建議找個人弄一下。
房間內設定齊全，冰箱空調洗衣機，甚至還有泡澡桶。洗完衣服後還有晾衣架，蠻方便的。
