原來定的房間換氣扇壞了，反應之後很快給瞭解決方法，給我們升了房，房間很乾凈很大，服務很好

整體很滿意，去景點很方便。雖在市區，但還算安靜，中途出現了點小插曲，客服和前台很熱情的為我們解決了。下次出遊首選。

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全（如圖），體驗了一把自動窗簾、智能馬桶和機器人送餐服務。電梯刷卡進出，安全感滿滿。八樓有空中花園，可以看看日落。浴室有頂篷，這在成都很重要。
地理位置絕佳，靠近春熙路商圈，不會太擁擠但又交通便利。不遠處的新開街有花鳥魚蟲市場，旁邊的岷江酒店的有間書屋文創便宜。

衞生：很差 進門拉開被子一看床單居然臟的，拖鞋是爛的 前面一個洞，房間特別狹窄，周圍環境地段什麼都沒有，晚上回去黑黢黢的。陰森森的，
環境：周圍沒什麼吃的，要走很長一段。
設施：地板就像水泥地磨爛了一樣 衞生死角太多 ，很差的體驗感。窗户不能打開 對着小區窗子 對面幹啥都看得見。老居民樓改造。床很軟對脊椎不好的人很不友好。總的體驗感太差。
