This is my second time staying here. This hotel is more like 1 bedroom apartment. Location is just across LRT Hongxingqiao exit C ( 3 min walk).The building entrance is next to McD. You have to take lift to 17th floor and take stairs to level 18. There is no receptionist at this hotel, so better to contact the hotel before your arrival date. After you give deposit 200 RMB, you will get passcode to open the room door . Facilities are complete.There are refrigerator and washing machine with dryer. Because the room has 3 big windows , you can easily hang your clothes after washing. They won't clean or refil amenities during your stay.Put your trash in front of the door, they will take care of it.

I strongly don’t recommend for elderly persons and who are traveling with heavy luggage. My room is 1806 C at 17 floor but you have to climb up with a 15 kgs luggage into 3 level stairs up , dark and steep (yes , there is a automatic light on after you have to take a few steps in darkness before the light is on) The location is good , near subway.

This is a home stay situation, with no front desk, and the management was responsive in WeChat. We had a suite with a washing machine and refrigerator. The location is great, really close to the metro stop. It could be cleaner, but was basically comfortable.

Pros: Good location, good service Cons: Toilet is worst, there is bad smell, worse than cat ‘s **** Room clean before check in is not good, there is many trash still in room and blanket is dirty Btw they change it after my complaint but still unacceptable

Great place for the money. Just be careful with the metro station that in the maps is showed as bridge and not quindao

Location couldn't be more convenient, right out of the subway. It felt new and clean. The owners respond to WeChat immediately and are very helpful with any questions. My kids enjoyed watching TV through the projector and I enjoyed having a kitchen and washing machine. I'd love to stay here again.

First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of March 2024). The location is very convenient, just outside Hongxing Bridge station (especially convenient if you want to go early in the morning to the Panda Base), with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, with all the necessary amenities (including a fridge, a microwave, and even a washing machine). There's also a place to store luggage for free. Do note that there is no reception, and that you need to communicate with the staff via WeChat to check in (they should contact you on the day when you're supposed to check in). Also note that it's a bit difficult to find (there's no sign at the entrance), but just follow the instructions they send you and you should be fine. Finally, although there is an elevator, to get to the room you will need to climb some steep stairs, so that may not be suitable for people with mobility problems. Overall, great value for money.

The location is good , walk 1 minute to Mrt hongxing bridge exit c station, the price is good for 2 bedrooms. Contactless everything you want to know and requested you must ask with WeChat . Answer quickly. You must translate to Chinese no English.

The location is great. It takes less than 5 minutes from the Hongxing Station exit C. The owner gives very clear instruction how to check in and walk to the room. It is very convenient. The owner’s response is quick when we need help or have inquiries.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, even though the size could not be more than 40sqm. During my stay, one of the wardrobe door was unhinged and left laying on the floor. I just wondered why they didn't fix it back. There was a microwave and cookerhood but no plates or bowls nor any other dining utensils. The two narrow flights of steps getting up to the apartment is really troublesome..large luggage will be a problem. Despite all these, for the price and location, literary a few steps from the metro, make this booking a very good value buy.

Next to metro station, apartment is good, but you need to climb narrow stairs to get there, so not suitable if you have a luggage.

Very near with metro subway line. A bit hard to entrance the room due to many stairs but acceptable with very good price.

The metro is just right below so it’s convenient to go everywhere. There’s a great noodle place and many convenient stores downstairs too. The room is big enough for 2 people and it’s a plus point that the room has a washing machine. Room look like how it is in the pics provided. However the cleanliness should be improved. Otherwise everything is great!
