酒店位於主幹道地鐵旁，出行十分方便。房間設備新、乾淨；衞浴設施很好；小度智能控制方便有趣。自助式早餐是和瑞城名人酒店一起的，還可以。酒店服務很好，在出現小插曲後，前廳經理小詹響應迅速，高效解決了問題，感謝！

前台態度很好，酒店整個裝修也很好看，很新。
位置不錯，離奎星樓大概一公里，離太古裏大概兩三公里，到哪打車都很方便。
前台有免費的水果可以拿。
房間和照片略有點差異（指投影屏幕的高度，投影屏幕下面沒有桌子），屋內陳設略有點不合理（兩張床較小且中間距離很近，床到窗之間的距離卻又很大）。
是智能馬桶，洗澡間很小。
感覺很適合帶小朋友的家庭出遊，酒店裡很多西遊記動畫的元素，也有孫悟空的擺件，一次性用品質量也都很好。
沒體驗早餐。
酒店幾乎滿客，整體來説是非常滿意了，下次有機會還會考慮住這。
