優點:交通方便，離地鐵站很近，地址很好找，入住方便，房間空間很大，有兩間房，可以住宿4人
缺點:設施太陳舊了，除了床單以外，很多地方都是灰，沒有打掃過，上一任住客的東西還有，燈也很暗，體驗很一般一般，不太推薦

入住比較便利，周邊環境還可以。如果房東把牆刷一下就更好了。房東挺熱情，雖然沒見面，但是給了很多指引一。

地理位置優越，離幾個必去景點都很近，交通便利！房間乾淨衞生，有問題都能及時回覆！一室一廳的的小套間，比住酒店舒服！圖片是拍視頻截取下來的，沒開燈，所以效果沒那麼好！實際真的不錯哦！下次出差還會來他家！👍

交通位置很好找，出入方便，自主入住，盡鄰寬窄巷子，人民公園，天府廣場春熙路，房屋乾淨整潔，房屋很大，標準的一室一廳，住的很寬敞舒適，此次是疫情給的價格性價比很高，房東熱情有問必答及時回覆，來成都入住他家是很好的選擇，極力推薦
