32/5000 Hotel Ibis (wide narrow Alley Central Hotel, Chengdu)
4.7/52047 Reviews
Wenshu Monastery/Longhu Shangcheng Sky Street
Excellent location of the hotel: not in the noisy center, but close enough to all significant attractions. The room is small but comfortable. With good sound insulation and a comfortable bed. Also, I would like to note that the room has shampoos and shower gel with a great smell. The breakfast is delicious. It is also suitable for Europeans. The choice of dishes did not change much from day to day, but everything was always delicious and fresh. The coffee is excellent and strong. The staff is friendly. Check-in is fast.
Ibis Hotel (Chengdu East Railway Station)

Chengdu East Railway Station/Tazishan Park
The hotel has a good location, the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. However, some facilities in the rooms are poorly maintained. In addition, although you need to swipe your card to get to the rooms on each floor to get to the elevator, small cards are stuffed into the cracks of the room doors every night, and you can even hear the sound of jamming. It makes you feel unsafe. I hope the hotel can improve security in time!

Ibis Hotel (Dujiangyan)
4.7/5583 Reviews
Dujiangyan Scenic Area
The first bad review, it was really an excessive experience. I booked a standard room, and when I checked in, the counter took the initiative to upgrade my room to a family room for free (I later learned that the so-called family room was not more spacious than the ordinary standard room, which was nothing). They said that they would help me follow the official account to register as a member. These are just a few things. If you don't upgrade the room, they will help as long as they are not busy. Here comes the point. The family room arranged for me is at the end of the hotel next to the kitchen, and the restaurant is opposite. This means that this is the noisiest room in the hotel, no one else. At five o'clock, the sound of the kitchen hood started to make it impossible to sleep, not to mention other noises, and this is not the noise of guests dining. It is unbelievable that this was the counter's initiative to ”kindly” ”upgrade” me here. As a guest, I don't know this situation, so can the hotel not know it? This practice makes me feel particularly uncomfortable. I can accept that the hotel environment is not good, the sound insulation is poor, the hangers are old and have burrs, and the water in the shower is slow and unsmooth. The innate conditions are understandable. You get what you pay for. This is your own choice. However, the front desk's ”kind” upgrade of the room to the worst soundproof environment in the venue completely destroyed all the goodwill that I had accumulated at the beginning, and I could feel the hostility. I also want to complain that we left at 6 o'clock to participate in the marathon, and there was no one at the front desk. The so-called free parking was at least a formality for me. Time before the race was precious, so I had to pay for it myself and leave. There is nothing much to say. The gifts were left in the room intact. I finally understand why I had to add a WeChat when I checked in. The front desk would not accept the red envelope of apology. I can only complain here. Thanks for the comment function.
Ibis Hotel (Chengdu Dongjiao Memory Construction Road Branch)
4.7/51320 Reviews
Jianshe Road and Eastern Suburb Memory Park
Parking is convenient, just opposite the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. The front desk service is also available next to SM Plaza. Breakfast is provided for free and the noodles are delicious. The price-performance ratio is very high. If you go to the zoo, you must stay here.
