JI Hotel Hotels in Chengdu

After staying in countless hotels, this particular one, Quanji Xiaoshanqing, truly moved me to write a detailed review. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the subtle tea aroma and the warm, wood-toned decor instantly put me at ease. The staff greeted me not with a professional, practiced smile, but with genuine warmth, proactively helping me with my luggage to the front desk. Check-in was surprisingly fast. The room itself is a perfect example of new Chinese aesthetics – not the heavy, traditional style, but a light and airy 'Xiaoshanqing' green. I have to specifically praise the bedding – the mattress was just the right firmness, and the down comforter was light and cozy. Even someone like me, who usually struggles to sleep in new places, slept soundly until morning. The small details really impressed me: the multi-function panel by the bed allows one-touch control of all the lights, and the wireless charging feature was incredibly convenient. The TV had built-in yoga classes, which I followed for half an hour in the morning. The mini-bar offered complimentary bottled mountain spring water in glass bottles, along with exquisite tea sets and tea. In the bathroom, the water pressure was excellent and stable, and the moss-step carpet felt incredibly comfortable underfoot. What surprised me most was the breakfast. It wasn't a perfunctory buffet; it was a semi-buffet with main courses made to order. Even the fruit was neatly cut and fresh.

Highly recommended hotel with great location to access most attractions l.e Kuanzhai Alley, people’s park Chun Xi road. there are many local restaurants nearby. Short walking distance to metro station convenient for those wanna catch high speed train at Chengdu Dong station. Clean room and facilities such as washing machine & dryer. Breakfast is variety and good. Top notch service.

The room was clean and tidy, and when I opened the curtains, the sunlight filled the room with a great view. The bedding was comfortable, so I slept soundly. The service was thoughtful, and the overall experience was fantastic. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Staff is friendly and place is decently cleaned. How ever their air condition have major problems. My room temperature can not drop below 23. Friendly staff offer to change the room but issue presents. Not too much they can do with their central AC being the issue. I would recommend keep the AC issue in mind with booking especially during hot seasons

I booked two rooms. The family room was very spacious, and my kids loved it. The bedding was super comfortable. The location is excellent; the subway station is really close, just one stop from Chunxi Road subway station. The service and quality truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Ji Hotel 5.0 Xiaoshanqing version exceeded my expectations! The new Chinese-style Xiaoshanqing design creates such a wonderful ambiance, with its raw wood and celadon grey tones, and the faint white tea scent in the lobby. The soft, diffuse lighting is comfortable, and the tea space in the common area is very relaxing for a cup of tea. The room was clean and airy, with a practical layout. The all-house smart voice control was very convenient, the mattress had just the right firmness, and it was so quiet at night that I slept incredibly well. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, a smart toilet, and a full range of amenities. The front desk service was gentle and efficient, check-in was quick, and the robot delivery service was also very convenient. It's truly a reassuring place to stay for business trips or travel. The overall ambiance, hardware, and service are all top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel is right by the subway exit, making transportation very convenient. Plus, there are plenty of dining options on Caotang North Street nearby. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service at the front desk was great. The breakfast selection was also very rich. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here last minute because we got sick and delayed the next portion of our trip. The hotel is very new, so facilities and amenities are very well constructed and thought out. The room was very clean and comfortable, helping us to rest and recover. The only drawback was some loud construction happening in the lobby, and that check-in was a long process because it seems some of the staff are not yet familiar with checking in foreigners. I’m sure these issues will be smoothed out in time.

The hotel is located near the amazing Fuqin night market and subway station making it very convenient for transport and food options. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful, especially with collecting and sending parcels on behalf of guests. The free washing and drying machines (with help to transfer clothes to dryer if you are out and leave a note) is a much appreciated and unexpected bonus for a longer stay. Furnishings are modern, clean and comfortable, the room size is fantastic. I had a small issue with casting and connecting to the tv which was very quickly solved by the friendly technician on site. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for any traveller looking for a value for money, clean and comfortable stay.

Just two metro stops from Chunxi Road, which made getting around incredibly convenient. All the staff I encountered were super friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely surprise to be able to speak Cantonese with some of the staff while traveling – felt like a real connection! The room was very clean, and the breakfast spread was generous. For a trip to Chengdu, this hotel definitely offers excellent value for money. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I'll just use some pics from my Chengdu travels instead, haha.
