Chengdu Jinjiang District 4-star Hotels

Well located - close to Chunxi Rd and Tai Koo Li. Helpful staff. Unfortunately some inconsiderate guests continue to smoke in non-smoking rooms. Hotel need to inspect and remind recalcitrant guests as they will blatantly open the room door and let the smoke drift into the lobby. Otherwise, a good hotel for a short stay.

1. The service attitude of the hotel is very good. Especially the front desk and guest room communicated with me the day before yesterday and immediately arranged a guest room to decorate the room for us on the date of my partner's birthday. It is really beautiful and my partner also likes it very much. 2. The location is very good. It is not too convenient to go shopping in Taikoo Li. You can also directly see the ifs statue panda from the room. 3. The breakfast is rich and dazzling. The hot and sour noodles in the hotel are really delicious, and the braised eggs are also very delicious. 4. The customer service lady is very responsible for cleaning. She asks about the details of cleaning every day. The first petals and balloons are also cleaned cleanly. Constant temperature hot spring pool: very suitable for couples to experience. There is also an open-air platform on the 7th floor. The flowers, water, and fish are all very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures~

Comment 3: Sungold Hotel I recently stayed at the Sungold Hotel and had a truly romantic experience. The room was beautifully decorated with a cozy and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Chengdu, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The staff at the Sungold Hotel were also very helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is good. I wanted to book using Accor but the hotel is very slow to respond to my requests. The reception counter is very busy but still efficient. However, some of the reception can be less helpful when I have problem with my package sent to the hotel. Breakfast area is too small and is very crowded even after 0930. The cheese provided is very bad, and the noodles station is overwhelmed and I didn`t managed to place my order. The lift is slow, and there is jam during breakfast peak. I did not have time for tea, and was able to get good ice creams instead. The checkout process is very smooth, special mention to Nu Nu who gave me souvenir and check in with me on my stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy, even as a foreigner. The room was clean and comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was no heating in the bathroom/shower. Room was warm but getting out of the shower was cold. Only other confusion was our room was on the 17th floor of the hotel but that is not the 17th floor of the building. So when we ordered takeout the delivery man left it in the office building 17th floor not the hotel 17th floor. Not the hotel’s fault just a strange design to have two 17th floors. Also the front desk and lobby are on the 5th floor, not the 1st floor when you walk in.

Great location. Next to chunxi road walking distance within 3 minute. Metro station within 5 minute.

Facilities: Very new, advanced facilities, I also like the layout, very fashionable design, the hotel manager always has good taste. Hygiene: Very clean. The cleaning aunts will kindly ask where the important things need to be cleaned. Their attitude is very good! Environment: The overall environment is very good. It is located near Taikoo Li and IFS. It is very convenient for traveling and eating. We who like to stroll especially like this location. Service: Here comes the important point! I have to praise Fuyun's service. I am a person who has traveled all over the country and experienced high-end and low-end hotels at home and abroad, but I still feel amazing about Fuyun's service. The housekeeper Kangkang is a handsome young man from the north. Gentle northern men are relatively rare. This time I drove a RV to Chengdu with my husband. Because the car is quite large, after communicating with him, he started to work hard to find the right one for us. Parking spaces, they helped us keep an eye on closer parking spaces until late at night. The air in the room was cleaned with an ozone machine, and there were welcome fruits. Kangkang also prepared various snacks, ice wine, red panda dolls and Chengdu-style fans for us, which was a great surprise. It is Fuyun's standard to answer all questions and respond to requests. Moreover, on the basis of this standard, every staff member also smiles, is kind but not flattering. This level shows that they have been trained by a professional training team and are very decent and advanced. . Let the guests feel that the service is in place but not excessive, relaxed and stress-free. When checking out, Kangkang prepared snacks and toiletries for us on the way, which was very considerate. His service directly left our hearts in Fuyun and Chengdu. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Chengdu. I wish all members of Fuyun a happy life, good health and all the best!

The hotel is located inside a small building, 13th and 14th floor which was a bit weird. There were a lot of other people who were staying in the building and lift was small so had to wait a few rounds before being able to board the lift to go up to hotel lobby. Had to head up to 14th floor for check in, there was only 2 lift to head up and had bags of rubbish. Was not the best first impression. Check in area was nice with an amazing rooftop view. They served us hot tea upon arrival while waiting for check in. And gave us apple because it was Christmas Day when we arrived. Room was big with balcony, and had basic amenities a traveller will need. Location was quite convenient to find food and transport too.

Not a bad little hotel. Right in the heart of Tai Koo Li. So many shops and restaurants within a stones throw away. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel offers complimentary bottles of water on every floor, as well as the rooms. Can’t beat the price and location. Famous shop houses right out the back door serving delicious foods. Enjoy

The location is superb, 5 min to metro stations, near to convenient stores and restaurants. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is nice and they even provide free afternoon tea and soup for supper. The hotel is very clean and as it was low season, they even upgraded our rooms. The only disappointment is the ventilation - even though i have booked a non-smoking family suites, we can still smell the cigarettes smoke in our room.
