Hot spring Hotels in Chengdu

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, huge for two people and had a really nice tatami setup with a tea table. Breakfast is great though it’s just Chinese cuisine so choose to have breakfast elsewhere if that’s not for you. The hotel offers 3 local snacks daily from 2-10pm, which pretty much served as dinner for us. Personal favourites were the dan dan noodles and tang yuan (glutinous rice balls). Hotel is located 5min away from Sichuan Gymnasium metro station (~1 hr+ from tianfu international airport) and located in proximity to the local attractions eg wu hou shrine, wen shu temple, kuan zhai alley, people’s park, cheng du museum etc. which were all ＜10-20 min drive away via Didi (uber equivalent - they have an English app if you need it and a real life saver). Even the ancient towns eg Luo dai, Jie zi, yuan tong were very accessible from this hotel with Didi (~1 hr’s drive away) where public transport will take ~2-3 hours with service ending around 5pm.

The room was very nice and the desk staff are very approachable. They helped me call the cleaner when I noticed the toilet seat had not been cleaned. However later I also noticed a hair on a folded towel and other long hair left on the shower floor. It was not a thorough cleaning job but I do believe the rest was cleaned. I went to enjoy the hot spring, which needs a code for the women's door. But found out that the door was left open anyways and other guests were in the hot spring and using their phones. I wasn't comfortable to fully enjoy it because those rules are not followed. Also the shower area of the hot spring had a strong urine smell. It's really a beautiful hotel but needs more supervision or instruction for cleaning and hot spring rules. The snack bar looked really good and is open late.

Good location but the facilities are too old. Private soup publicity but can't be soaked in the open-air pool. Although there is a canopy, the bottom of the pool is full of debris floating. It takes more than two hours to release the water. The water temperature is very low. It is not hot to open the leftmost. I have consulted the front desk to inform the maintenance but it is fruitless. And the shower water temperature is very unstable, informing the residents that it is affected by more, and the shower water temperature at night cannot meet the normal bathing needs. The current request to change the room to inform the Spring Festival that the full room cannot be replaced. During the Spring Festival, the total order was placed for 4 days and stayed for 3 nights. The toiletries in the room did not take the initiative to replace the new ones. You need to find the front desk brother to ask for it. The room is very different from the icon model. There is no table and chair. Just a small sofa coffee table is just full. And there is no washing machine, the landline in the house is not working, and the constant electrical plug is not powered. The only praise is that the front desk brother service is very good, and he wants to solve the problem in his own ability.

I came to Chengdu for the Christmas vacation and specially chose the Weilandai Hot Spring Terrace Room. The room was clean, the hot spring was comfortable, the breakfast was unique, and the staff had a friendly service attitude. I had a happy holiday!

Facilities: The facilities and equipment are very new. The toilet can be operated by remote control, which is awesome. Hygiene: Auntie cleans the house every day and will ask you what you need. If you don’t have paper towels, ask the front desk and they will give them to you. Environment: It is very close to the Wenshu Monastery attraction, and it is not far away from other popular attractions. And if I don’t know, the front desk will help recommend it, which is very considerate. Service: The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests, especially Miss Tingting, Miss Yanyan and Miss Jingjing. The service is very good 👍 When we check in at the store, we will also let us draw a blind box and give us fruits in the afternoon. We give it away, there are many elements from Journey to the West

During the summer vacation, I took my children to feel the quiet holiday atmosphere. I was attracted by the hotel's Chinese garden and antique. I didn't expect the front desk lady to upgrade the room type for us that day, the suite was really great! Service: There is a special butler service, you can contact the butler directly if you need anything. The reply is very timely! Environment: Very distinctive, I like this garden very much. The single house can be all inclusive or set a room. It is very suitable for family and friends to travel. Hygiene: Newly opened hotels are relatively new, and the hygiene is also very good. Hot spring experience: The temperature of the two hot spring pools is also very comfortable. Children also like the swimming pool!

Overall good, basically in line with expectations, consistently clean and tidy, in line with the quality of Holiday Inn Express. Highlights: 1. The hotel gives free hot spring tickets, but unfortunately I don’t have time to experience it 2. The breakfast restaurant is shared with the Holiday Inn next to it, which is equivalent to a free upgrade 3. Shopping malls and restaurants near the hotel are more convenient flaw: 1. The shower head is aging, and the shower head is not tightly sealed when taking a shower, and there is side leakage 2. After more than ten seconds after the toilet is flushed, there will be a popping sound of backwater suddenly, and it needs to be repaired 3. It would be even better if the service staff (except the front desk) can see the guests and say hello, and this point is better

I particularly like this garden-style hotel, the details are pretty good. Of course, a hot spring bath is essential, and the room service is very professional. Looking forward to coming again next time.

Liuxian Peninsula Room: The bedding is good, the bed is quite comfortable, the room is big, the smart home in the whole house is not very smart, and it can't be used in many cases, the smart toilet can't be flushed once, it needs to be flushed twice, and the Dyson hair dryer is very good. Breakfast: The presentation is good, but there is still a gap compared to the hotel's buffet breakfast. Overall: The yard is not big, the guitar exhibition is unique, the swimming pool looks like no one is using it, and there are no people in the whole B&B on Saturdays. Surroundings: It can be said that there is nothing in the surrounding area. It is inconvenient to eat and there are no convenience stores. Eight or nine hundred for one night is not worth it, it is better to go to Wenjiang Crowne Plaza, where you can swim in the hot spring and include dinner.

Perfect and beautiful room ever stay.. kids really enjoy the room with private slide n nice room to watch movie.. have a private hot spring to relax.. amazing room design.. can be improve if they able to provide transportation in out as quite far from hotel.. the rest was excellent.
