Helpful friendly staff, some spoke English and also used wexin to communicate. Location is great for panda park with its shuttle bus but obviously far from city sights and i don't think theres anything else around. WiFi didn't connect and I had to get access code from front desk. I had already prepaid but was asked to pay when I checked in, they quickly rectified their mistake and apologised, but strange. Room was clean and comfortable, I slept well. Light switches are quite badly labelled though, you just have to press them all and see which lights you want. I went to check the spa but there was nothing there, so information on that needs updating. Outdoor pool looks great for kids, indoor one was quite busy (aug). All in all a good stay.

It's very close to the Panda Base. It takes 20 minutes to walk along the road to the south gate, or it's faster to ride a bicycle! The lady at the front desk was very nice and enthusiastic. It was a great experience!

The starting price of a taxi to the Giant Panda Research Base was 10 yuan. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The dinner ordered at the hotel that night, The dishes taste good, good quality and cheap, very good. During the stay, I lost my personal ID card at the hotel. The store helped to find it and sent it back to the location. Thank you very much. Personally, I would like to make a small suggestion. Because I booked breakfast when I booked the room, I had to get up early to go to the panda base. I left at 5 o'clock and didn't eat breakfast. If I stayed at the hotel, I could prepare a milk bread for breakfast within the specified time. Finally, I wish the hotel business is booming.

There is also a very good restaurant with large portions and reasonable prices. Because I arrived early, the hotel also upgraded me to a double bed room with a balcony. Thank you. If you want to see Huahua, you don’t have to go too early. They will feed apples at 10 a.m. It is recommended to go after 8:30. There are many people waiting in line at the base for at least an hour. PS: Huahua is really cute.
