整體入住還是很滿意的，從酒店入住前就會有管家提前聯繫，添加微信告知酒店位置，詢問房間喜好，該怎麼打車等等，管家小哥Rey入住期間一直有關注我的入住體驗提供幫助和解決問題，入住期間所有工作人員都會熱情問好，服務很不錯。酒店位置在三環邊上，離市中心、機場、高新金融區都挺近的，房間風格較為與眾不同，性價比很高，衹是電視機位置擺放不合理，哪個角度看都不舒服，房間很舒適，酒店浴袍也很親膚，讓我睡眠質量嘎嘎好，房間隔音也很好。外面有梧桐火鍋，人均價位100多，味道也還行，重點值得誇的是城堡的夜景，怎麼拍都很出片，下次一定要約閨蜜再來一次，專門拍照。 有幾點美中不足的是： ①房間窗户衹能打開一個縫隙，工作人員解釋是為客人安全考慮，我也很理解 ②房間空調熱冷風不能切換，房間有點熱 ③早餐是套餐形式，味道不錯，但略顯單調了，不夠精緻，所以都沒有拍照

The lobby doesn’t feel like you’d expect a Hyatt to feel, but as soon as you get upstairs to your room you feel right at home, literally seeing as you have a huge couch, kitchen, and comfy bed. The breakfast was as good as I’ve had in China. Nothing special but they had all the selections I would hope for as a foreigner. They also left a sanitation sticker on the crease of the door to show no one had been in the room since it was sanitized which was a nice touch. Two thumbs up!
