This was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

Eleven traveled to stay at Chengdu Tianfu Hotel. The hotel was newly opened soon. The staff service was very patient. The hotel was close to the Giant Panda Research Base. The starting price of a taxi to the Giant Panda Research Base was 10 yuan. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The dinner ordered at the hotel that night, The dishes taste good, good quality and cheap, very good. During the stay, I lost my personal ID card at the hotel. The store helped to find it and sent it back to the location. Thank you very much. Personally, I would like to make a small suggestion. Because I booked breakfast when I booked the room, I had to get up early to go to the panda base. I left at 5 o'clock and didn't eat breakfast. If I stayed at the hotel, I could prepare a milk bread for breakfast within the specified time. Finally, I wish the hotel business is booming.

There is a big smell as soon as you enter the door. The air conditioning control is very unintelligent. There is only one control mode on the main unit panel, which controls cooling and heating. The experience is very poor. The service here is very inflexible, and the front desk service is not proportional to the hotel's configuration. It is recommended to conduct more staff training. The room decoration is quite modern and clean. It may be a new hotel. It is recommended to modify the air conditioning control!
