Hotels near Sichuan University Jiang＇an Campus in Chengdu

Hotel is 8-10 mins walk from Chunxi Subway station by crossing the road junction once you get get of it. It’s on the quieter side of the long road away from the bustling shopping area. Rooms are clean and cosy. Reception staff are pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here in future.

Usually I try many hotels when I am in a city longer, not this time. I liked it so much I stayed 3 days. Longer. Great location, extremely well maintained and very convenient to get around city. East Railway stations is 5 minutes walk. 20 yuan taxi to city center for best hotpot on earth

Returning to this place after a trip out to Emeishan. Was greeted warmly by a staff who helped me check in two days ago and remembered me. Now that I have time to wander the streets of Chengdu at Chunxi road and Taikuli, i must say this Ibis is in a good location ! There is also a free laundry facilities with detergent. Excellent !

The hotel is good location with easy access to many local attractions. There is a metro station just outside the hotel. The staff were courteous and spoke english well, and the breakfast buffet was good. I like to especially thanks hotel staff Zoe for her patience in explaining the use of Alipay and Weixin payment system, giving metro directions and places to visit around town. Her service to a foreigner like me on a first visit was very helpful. Will stay there again when I come back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, huge for two people and had a really nice tatami setup with a tea table. Breakfast is great though it’s just Chinese cuisine so choose to have breakfast elsewhere if that’s not for you. The hotel offers 3 local snacks daily from 2-10pm, which pretty much served as dinner for us. Personal favourites were the dan dan noodles and tang yuan (glutinous rice balls). Hotel is located 5min away from Sichuan Gymnasium metro station (~1 hr+ from tianfu international airport) and located in proximity to the local attractions eg wu hou shrine, wen shu temple, kuan zhai alley, people’s park, cheng du museum etc. which were all ＜10-20 min drive away via Didi (uber equivalent - they have an English app if you need it and a real life saver). Even the ancient towns eg Luo dai, Jie zi, yuan tong were very accessible from this hotel with Didi (~1 hr’s drive away) where public transport will take ~2-3 hours with service ending around 5pm.

The hotel room is very spacious and nice. Toilet and shower is separate. Hot lemon ginger, fresh coffee and crisps are offered in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As we earlier stayed at another Atour and needed to get our Taobao package, the staff arranged for the package transfer within the hour. Free evening snack. Free laundry services. We purchased breakfast with our room and there is a wide selection. We are all very this hotel 👍👍👍

The hotel is located inside a small building, 13th and 14th floor which was a bit weird. There were a lot of other people who were staying in the building and lift was small so had to wait a few rounds before being able to board the lift to go up to hotel lobby. Had to head up to 14th floor for check in, there was only 2 lift to head up and had bags of rubbish. Was not the best first impression. Check in area was nice with an amazing rooftop view. They served us hot tea upon arrival while waiting for check in. And gave us apple because it was Christmas Day when we arrived. Room was big with balcony, and had basic amenities a traveller will need. Location was quite convenient to find food and transport too.

During the Chinese New Year, I made an appointment with friends to get together and watch an exhibition. We booked a boutique hotel near the Chengdu Art Museum. Unexpectedly, it was so close to the art museum and the hotel was also very beautiful. It focused on art + intelligence. Facilities: The hotel has three floors. The parking lot is on the first negative floor. There are public areas such as cafes and restaurants on the first floor. The high-end restaurant in the next building is also owned by them. Unexpectedly, there is an art corridor on the second floor, which is very much like a small art exhibition hall. There is currently an artist's painting exhibition. The room is intelligently controlled. If you want to turn on and off the lights, draw the curtains, and switch on the air conditioner, you only need to move your mouth. I live in a loft room type! I sleep downstairs and my friend sleeps upstairs without disturbing each other. Even the toilet and bathroom are both upstairs and downstairs, so there is no hassle of running around. Hygiene: The overall hygiene is very good. The hotel is very new. The fragrance in the public area is very much like Bulgari white tea. There is no ”new house” smell in the room. Because my nose is relatively sensitive, the experience is very good. good. Their toiletries are quite good. They are from CHAJI, a brand owned by LV, and they smell great. Because there is a bathtub in the room, I looked carefully and found that it was very clean. (Because when I moved in, I happened to see the cleaning next door and the aunt was disinfecting, so I felt relieved immediately.) Environment: The hotel's environment is very good and very artistic. There are also some restaurants nearby, and the entire ecology of Tianfu Art Park is within a five-minute walk. It is very comfortable to bask in the sun in the afternoon and take a walk. Service: Very considerate. After booking the room, the front desk called me to ask me exactly when I would arrive. When I entered the room, there was already welcome fruit, the air conditioner was turned on, and the handwritten welcome card was also very friendly. It is worth mentioning that the waiter will ask what you want to eat the next morning when you bring it to the room. You can go directly to the front desk to order. Although there are not many things, it is very interesting like Chengdu's dandan noodles or dumplings.

Well located - close to Chunxi Rd and Tai Koo Li. Helpful staff. Unfortunately some inconsiderate guests continue to smoke in non-smoking rooms. Hotel need to inspect and remind recalcitrant guests as they will blatantly open the room door and let the smoke drift into the lobby. Otherwise, a good hotel for a short stay.
