Facilities: The overall facilities are complete. Although the facilities are a bit dated for an older hotel, the overall facilities are clean. The related facilities are complete, silk pajamas are free for guests to use, and free drinks are available in the mini bar. bonus. Service: The response was very timely and the room was upgraded for free. There was a company team building at night when we checked in, and the microphone was quite noisy. I called the front desk to give feedback and it was dealt with immediately. Location: The location is very strategic, just a few minutes' walk from Tianfu Square. Catering: Skim hot milk is provided for breakfast, paired with freshly ground coffee from the restaurant's coffee machine. The taste of homemade latte is no different from that of a professional coffee shop. There are special Chengdu-style stalls with more choices.

While the check-in lobby proved slightly confusing to navigate, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist and guide me to the correct destination. Once there, the check-in process was an absolute breeze, and to my delight, they even presented me with a lovely souvenir to take back home as a memento of my stay. The hotel itself exuded a modern and tastefully decorated ambiance, which immediately caught my eye. The room numbers, designed with charming creativity, added a touch of whimsy to the experience. The bathroom featured state-of-the-art amenities, including heated seats, making it an oasis of comfort and luxury. The bed was irresistibly fluffy, and the efficient AC kept the room refreshingly cool during the summer. The hotel is very unique. The red lanterns on the exterior can be seen from a distance. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly. The room is large and the bed is spacious, with phalaenopsis blooming and drinks flowing freely. The breakfast is rich and includes cheese, which many hotels don't have. The refreshments on the 27th floor are comfortable and cozy, especially the lanterns on the small balcony are very beautiful. Overall, I recommend it, like it and will come back next time.

We stayed in JinJiang for 4 nights from Oct. 17 to Oct. 22, 2023. We were so happy to choose this Hotel. The stuff of Hotel was very warm and helpful. Specially, Ms. Camille Feng, she helped us to change the rooms and give us very good suggestions for our stay; Ms. Xu Bin had very beautiful smile and gave us warm welcome. Room service persons, Rick Ren and Shang Ya Qiong provided excellent service for us. Moreover, VIP lounge at 27 floor is a such good place for guests to relax and meet friends, with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The Chengdu JinJiang hotel's VIP rooms are truly 5 star qualities. Also, its breakfast is very good and more affordable, comparing with other 5 star hotels.

Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!

The hotel is indeed a bit old, but the price is the best. It has everything you would expect from a five-star hotel. The front desk also selected a floor even if the room was not tight. There is also a small gift pack of toiletries and snacks for children when they check in. The children are very happy! However, when I checked out, I was told that there were no more pandas and the activity was over. The children were a little disappointed. They wanted to stay here just because they wanted to send flowers! 😂However, the staff still gave me a panda keychain, which is very adaptable! The kids are happy too!

The staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was as pictured. When I asked about breakfast, which is included, time and location I was given a can of something, a box of soy milk and 2 bread sticks, this was disappointing. There’s a lot of construction and I didn’t find any suitable restaurants to eat dinner or breakfast nearby. I wouldn’t recommend for this location.

Great location to be able to walk to different areas or catch the subway. Room was comfortable but a lot of noise and very thin walls. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Shower water could be hotter. Otherwise if you want a cost effective stay with good breakfast and really friendly staff then I would recommend this hotel. A lot of restaurants around it and about 1 km walk to kuanzhai alley or jinli. Where you can get amazing street food.

This hotel is in a great location. Great variety of breakfast options. Rooms were extremely spacious, clean and comfortable with generous snacks provided daily during our stay. Clean bathroom and amenities which includes a small item washing machine. Would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling in Chengdu. p.s. love the panda channel on the tv!

Traveled from Zhongshan, Guangdong to Chengdu, Sichuan for four days, and booked a room for three nights. It was almost ten o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel, and the lady at the front desk patiently guided and checked in. During the three-day accommodation experience, I am quite satisfied with all aspects. Especially breakfast! Although there are not as many types of buffets in star-rated hotels, it is definitely very good compared to the same type of fast hotels. It is a great travel experience! Must be five-star praise ~

The room facilities are complete and the environment is very clean. The front desk staff is super nice. There is also a free laundry room here. I just forgot to bring a lint remover, but they still provide it. It's great! There is also a gym and a reading room. There is also bottled water for you to take, and free tea is provided at all times. The location is right next to the main road, which is very convenient. . It's a short walk to People's Park. I also asked the front desk to help me collect the express delivery. I really thank the front desk ladies.

I took two children on this trip and everyone was very satisfied. Is it safe to stay and is it convenient to travel? The lady at the front desk is very friendly. The room was also very clean and tidy, safe, quiet and peaceful. I didn’t take any pictures of the hotel, but as advertised, it’s very convenient to get around. The subway entrance is just a short walk downstairs.

This hotels was great! It’s location was perfect for me. They are foreigner friendly that for China that means a lot. The breakfast was good. I also went to the hotel gym which was really good for it’s price. I will book there next time.

The hotel was about a 15-minute walk from Jinli Old Street and Wuhou Shrine, and short car-rides from other great places in the city. Everything worked in the hotel room, but the WiFi wasn’t very good. It was pretty slow, at least my my room. When I checked in, I had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like stale cigarettes, but the second one wasn’t better at all. Still smelled like stale cigarettes the whole time I stayed (and this was a non-smoking room). The room needs to be deep-cleaned and probably re-painted to get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was included, and although they have a large selection of food, the food is basically what you would eat for lunch or dinner. It’s not really “breakfast” food. A few things are, like eggs.

In the city center, you can ask for a viewing room, you can see the panoramic view of People's Park. 3 minutes from No. 2 subway station, 3 or 4 minutes from Tianfu Square, Chengdu Museum, 10 minutes from Kuanzhai Alley, 2 subway stations to Chunxi Road, 11 taxis to Wuhou Temple and Jinli, and very close to Wenshu Monastery. Although the building is old, the wife is too convenient. Downstairs is the General Bayan hot pot, and there is a queue at ten o'clock in the evening. Recommend ～～～～～～

The hotel is very good. They provide late night snacks and afternoon tea. The dandan noodles are really delicious. This is the first time I have stayed in many hotels. The hotel offers late night snacks for free. The lady at the front desk also quickly dealt with the feedback. The hotel also provides them due to construction outside. I think earplugs can do this very well. Seeing as I live alone, I got a room upgrade for free. Bashu special late night snack: good Buffet afternoon tea for two: nice environment

It feels like the boss is here to experience life. This is the biggest B&B I have ever stayed in! The bed is very comfortable and the decoration is very good! The water pressure is better than my house! It's very convenient for traffic thieves. It's only a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and it's also close to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley! And they respect the opinions of their guests. They replaced all the heaters just because some guests said the heaters were noisy. Great value for money! It's just that the soundproofing is a bit poor. You can ask the boss to change your room to a room with better soundproofing! Chinese people don’t lie to Chinese people! Another point is that the supplies are a bit poor. The shampoo made my hair very dry. I hope the boss can improve it! Chinese people don’t lie to Chinese people! Come and live!

I visited during the golden week in October and had such a pleasant stay here at Hazens! I arrived quite late in the night and was greeted and served by very friendly young employee called Cheng who was very kind to take my request of a room facing the square as I wanted to see the flag raising ceremony on their national day. He was super professional and friendly and he made my stay so great! I do think his other female colleagues should learn from him though, they didn’t seem very happy to serve other patrons. The hotel is clean and quiet and super comfortable I had such a relaxing time despite the massive crowd in the city. Thanks Cheng for making my stay such a great one! Will recommend to my friends and be back! :)
