Hotels Near Tom Ford in Chengdu

Recommended by a friend, I was not disappointed. First of all, the hotel is in a very good location, very close to Chunxi Road Taikoo Li, and the transportation is also convenient. The hotel facilities are very good, the overall space is large and quiet. The hotel is very clean and the environment is comfortable. The service room is really warm and the soft voice is very warm. Very satisfied. I must stay at Home Inn when I travel in the future, it is very solid and safe.

Conveniently located, very close to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and Taikoo Li, and there is a delicious hot pot next to it! The service is considerate! The breakfast is nice! The room facilities are complete and the hygiene is very good! Fruit plates and small gifts are also given. The terrace is also very nice👍

Hotel location is good. Not too far from Chunxi road pedestrian walking street. Room size is decent. Breakfast was not too bad too. A very good service provided by hotel is that they help guests to do the laundry and there is no need for us to wait for the washer or dryer when it’s occupied. Will highly consider this hotel again if in Chengdu

if you are looking for the boutique hotel in the middle of shopping district, this is the hotel you should consider. it’s located on Chunxi road which surrounded by shopping malls and fashion stores. the hotel looks no different from the photos so you can ensure that you there won’t be any surprises upon your arrival. the room has enough space for bug luggages. it’s clean and ac works well. although staff didn’t communicate much in english, they were willing to help via wechat. on yop of that, delivery robot was cool! hotel also offers good breakfast.

It's great to find an e-sports room at this price near Chunxi Road. If I have to find faults, it's that the wardrobe smells musty and the mouse and keyboard are very oily. Everything else is ok.

Facilities: The environmental design is very good, the air conditioning in the room is cold enough, and the sheets are clean. Hygiene: Hygiene management is poor. There is no need to change shoes. The bathroom on the floor is dirty. I haven't seen anyone cleaning the bathroom during my two-day stay. There are also restaurant employees who should be permanent residents. The sofas in the lobby are full of takeaway garbage that people have eaten, and there are food residues and drinks everywhere on the floor. Service: The front desk service is warm and drinks and alcohol are also sold.

Staff are very friendly. When we arrived and found out there was a cigarette smell in our non-smoking room, they immediately upgraded us to a suite. When we were leaving the hotel, the manager Ms. Mia Zhou came out to say good bye. The hotel breakfast was food heaven and my local friends were also surprised that the hotel offered so many Chengdu delicacies. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The pool is quite big but not heated and only opened from 10am to 10pm during May to October. The street front room was a bit noisy.

We booked a parent-child room, and the overall experience was great! (That’s why I wrote such a long review…) - The hotel service is great. Everyone we interacted with was patient and friendly, including the service staff at the restaurant. The front desk is very friendly and greets us every time. They patiently helped us to book extra stays and get discounts. And also recommend a lot of Chengdu local food/restaurants, which was very helpful. - The room is bright with a nice city view and well-cleaned. Room service is very quick as well. When we ordered takeouts, a robot sent them to our room. Pretty convenient. - My kid enjoys the parent-child room a lot. In addition to the small tent and a rocking unicorn, there are also some children's books, so we had things to do when it was raining outside. - The room facilities are fine too, there is a smart toilet, and the TV has projection as well. There’s no bathtub. - The location is excellent, in the center of Chengdu, and it is easy to get around. It is very close to Taikoo Li Chunxi Road, about ten minute's walk, and it is also very close to the airport bus station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to it.

The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the location is perfect, well connected by metro with all the attractions, and the area is very nice. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. The front desk team is great. Very helpful! Congrats!
